Integrations overview

Integrations is a single page of connection cards. Each card holds one credential — an AI provider API key, or your own Resend account for sending email — that Lurno stores in a secure vault and uses on your behalf. It is a short list, not a marketplace, and it may be empty for your organization.

Availability

Plan: Any plan — integrations aren’t plan-gated · Permission: the Integrations entry in your sidebar, and every card scoped to your organization, need permission to manage integrations. The page itself isn’t gated in navigation — without that permission you’d only ever see the empty state.

Which cards you see is decided per organization by Lurno, not by your plan. Don’t see this in your account? See Plans, permissions & modules.

What this does

Each card takes a secret, tests it against the provider, and stores it encrypted. From then on the matching Lurno feature calls that provider with your credential instead of Lurno’s shared one.

Cards are grouped under category headings — AI and Email. A card only appears if two things are true: you can manage integrations in your organization, and Lurno has enabled that integration for your organization. The AI provider cards are off by default and only appear once Lurno switches them on for you, so seeing the empty state — “No integrations available. Once a platform admin enables an integration for your organization, it will appear here” — is normal rather than a fault.

Everything you connect here is scoped to the organization currently selected in the sidebar organization switcher. Switch organizations first if you manage more than one.

Before you start

• You need permission to manage integrations in your organization.
• Have the credential ready: an API key from your AI provider, or a Resend API key.
• Check the organization switcher in the sidebar. The key you save attaches to the organization shown there.

Connect a credential

1. Open Integrations from your dashboard sidebar.
2. Find the card for the provider you want and paste your key into its field. The Resend card has a Provider picker above the key field — Resend is the only selectable option today, with AWS SES, Mailgun and SMTP shown as Coming soon — plus an optional Webhook signing secret you only need if you want delivery and bounce events back from Resend.
3. Select the card’s save action — Save & test connection on an AI provider card, or Connect on the Resend card. The Resend card also has a separate Test connection button you can run first.
4. Lurno runs a live call against the provider before it stores anything. If the provider rejects the key, the save fails with the provider’s own error and nothing is written. On success the card shows a Connected badge.

Saved keys are never shown back to you. A connected AI card displays a masked value with the last four characters so you can tell which key is attached.

Rotate or disconnect

• Rotate a Resend key. The key field stays on the card once you’re connected, and the save button becomes Save & rotate. Paste the new key and save — it is tested and then replaces the old one.
• Rotate an AI provider key. There is no in-place rotate on the AI cards: a connected card replaces the key field with the masked value. Disconnect first, then paste the new key and save again. Plan for the short gap in between.
• Disconnect. Use the card’s disconnect action — a Disconnect button on the Resend card, a delete icon on the AI cards — and confirm. The credential is removed from the vault and the feature falls back to Lurno’s shared capacity. You can reconnect at any time.
• Rotation reminders. Each integration carries a rotation interval behind the scenes. The Resend card reports Rotation overdue once it lapses; nothing stops working, it is a reminder. The AI cards don’t surface it at all.

The Resend card carries a status badge reading Not configured, Connected, Disconnected, Test failed, or Rotation overdue. The AI cards are simpler — they show a green Connected badge once a key is stored, and nothing before that.

What is not on this page

• Sign-on. There is no single sign-on section here. Partner sign-on is enabled from Organization settings → Integration. See Partner sign-on.
• Sending domains. Adding and verifying the domain your email comes from happens in Organization settings → Notification domains, not here. See Email from your domain.

Troubleshooting

The page says “No integrations available”. Nothing is enabled for your organization yet, or you can’t manage integrations. The AI provider cards in particular are off by default and have to be enabled for your organization by Lurno — contact them.

Saving the key fails with a connection error. Lurno tests before it stores, so this is the provider rejecting your key. Re-copy it from the provider console, watching for a trailing space or newline, and try again.

Integrations isn’t in my sidebar. The sidebar entry needs permission to manage integrations. Someone with permission to manage roles can grant it. See Roles & permissions.

I saved a key but the wrong organization got it. The save attaches to the organization selected in the sidebar switcher. Switch to the right one and save again, then disconnect the card on the wrong organization.

I connected Resend but mail still comes from a Lurno address. Connecting the account is only half of it — the sending domain still has to be added and verified. See Email from your domain.
