Demo

A demo is a working environment, not a slide deck.

Tell us how your organisation is put together and we set Lurno up that way before the call — your sub-organisations, your roles, your brand, and your own documents if you send them. Then we open it and you drive.

In short

What you actually get

A Lurno demo is a live walkthrough of a tenant configured for your organisation, not a recorded tour and not a deck. Before the call we build the structure you described in the form — sub-organisations for your campuses, client companies or branches, the roles your staff really hold, your logo and colours — and if you send a document we ground an AI draft in it so you watch it cite your own material. The call runs about 45 minutes and your questions set the order. There is no self-serve signup yet: accounts in Lurno are created by invitation, so this is how you get access.

Tenant
One organisation's own space on a shared platform: its people, content, branding, domain and data, separated from every other organisation on the same system. In Lurno a tenant holds nested sub-organisations — campuses, client companies, franchise branches — that inherit settings from the parent. Your demo runs in a tenant of your own, and the separation between organisations is enforced underneath the platform, not just by the screens on top of it.

The useful hour is the one that follows your shape rather than ours. A corporate academy runs training for 15 client companies from one tenant; a K-12 publisher runs 114 schools on a single platform. Those are different demos — one is about keeping clients apart under separate brands, the other about pushing a curriculum down to 114 schools without editing it 114 times. Say which one you are closer to in the form and we build that.

Bring material if you can. A syllabus, a policy PDF, a rubric, a sample question paper. Uploaded documents are parsed, versioned and cited, so the AI draft you see is written against your text with the page it came from attached — see how the AI works. Nothing you send is needed for the call to be worth having; sample content shows the same mechanics.

If you are comparing two or three platforms, tell us which ones. We would rather spend the time on the differences that matter to you than on the parts everybody has.

After you send the form

What happens next

Five steps, no sequence of qualifying calls before anyone shows you the product.

  1. 01

A person reads it, within one working day

If your shape is clear from the form we go straight to building. If it is not, we ask two or three questions by email first — how your organisations nest, who is allowed to see what, and which languages you need.

  2. 02

    We configure the environment

Sub-organisations arranged the way yours are, roles drawn from the permission catalogue rather than three fixed tiers, your logo and colours across the surface. Any document you sent is uploaded, parsed and ready to be quoted back at you.

  3. 03

We walk it live, in your order

About 45 minutes, screen shared, questions welcome mid-sentence. Typically: an author drafting a lesson grounded in your document, a learner sitting an assessment, an instructor working the grading queue, an administrator opening reporting. Bring the sceptic — the IT or procurement question is better asked on the call than after it.

  4. 04

You keep the environment and get the gaps in writing

The tenant stays up so colleagues who missed the call can open it. Anything we could not answer live comes back written down, including what is shipped, what is being built, and what does not exist. Our security page covers most of what a review asks first.

  5. 05

If it fits, we scope it

Pricing against your real numbers rather than a headline figure, the data processing agreement and FERPA addendum for your legal team, and a plan for the first administrators — because accounts are created by invitation, we set those up with you. The published plans are on pricing.

Request a demo

Tell us the shape of your organisation.

A minute to fill in. The organisation and learner-count fields do the most work — they decide what we configure before we speak. If a colleague should be on the call, name them in the message box.

We use these details to reply to you, and nothing else.

Reasonable questions

Before you fill anything in

Not yet. Self-serve signup and trials are in development; today every account is created by invitation, so a demo is the way in. It is not a gate we put up to make you talk to a salesperson — it is a thing we have not finished building.
