Where the authoritative text lives
Lurno's legal documents live with the product, at app.lurno.ai/legal. This page is an index: it names each document, says who needs it, and links to the full text. It keeps no copy of its own, because a marketing site that reproduces a contract soon has a second version of it — two texts, two dates, and an argument about which one you agreed to. One copy, served beside the application it governs, means the text a learner reads in the app, the text your legal team reviews and the text that binds Augmental Learning Inc. are the same text. The terms of service and the privacy policy are in force. The data processing agreement and the FERPA addendum are drafts pending counsel review; ask, and we will send the current text and say plainly what is still open.
- Subprocessor
- A company that processes your data on behalf of the company you contracted with. If Lurno processes data for your organisation, then the provider hosting the database and the model provider behind an AI feature are subprocessors of ours. The list matters because a data controller stays answerable for the whole chain — which is why it is published rather than described.
Nothing on this page is the agreement. Where a description here and a document there disagree, the document wins.
