Every way to reach Lurno.
Four routes, and they end up in different places. A demo goes to the people who will run it. A how-do-I question is usually already answered in the help centre. If your organisation already runs on Lurno, the quickest path is inside the product. Everything else, use the form below.
Pick the shortest route
Lurno is a learning platform for institutions and corporate teams, made by Augmental Learning Inc. To see it, request a demo at lurno.ai/demo — a call with someone who knows the product, run against material you bring. For how-to documentation, use the help centre at lurno.ai/help. If your organisation is already a customer, raise the question from inside the product rather than through this page. For anything else — press, partnerships, procurement paperwork, a question a security questionnaire left open — write to hello@lurno.ai or use the form below.
Seeing the platform. Book a demo and tell us who the learners are and how the organisation is shaped: one tenant, a tree of sub-organisations, or client companies you train under your own brand. Bring a syllabus, a rubric or a policy PDF and we will use yours rather than ours.
How-to questions. The help centre covers setting up roles, building a programme, running an assessment and pointing a custom domain at your tenant. It is the fastest answer to anything starting with "how do I".
Already a customer. Use the support option inside the product, not this form. Your own administrator is often quicker still — adding people, changing roles and updating branding are all theirs to do, with no ticket to us.
Buying, procurement, security review. Pricing sets out what each plan includes. Security answers most of what a questionnaire asks: tenant isolation in the database, the audit log that cannot be quietly edited, sub-processors, GDPR consent, access and erasure. If something is still open after those, put it in the form and it will reach the person who owns the answer.
One thing worth knowing early. There is no self-serve signup yet. Accounts are created by invitation, so the first step for a new organisation is a conversation rather than a credit card. About Lurno is the short version of who you would be talking to.
